• 30 years of industry experience, of which 22 in managerial positions
• 27 years with the industrial groups Siemens/Infineon (development & production GaAs integrated circuits, marketing mobile communications ICs, venture capital partner), AIXTRON (Head of Strategy) and ASML (Head of Market Research, Managing Director ASML Germany, Head of Product Marketing & Business Development DUV Business Line )
• Until mid-2022 responsible for a business volume of over €2.5 billion at Europe’s most valuable high-tech company
• Experience in R&D, Marketing, Strategy, Purchasing, Production and General Management
• Broad experience in commercial matters, complex negotiations, M&A and company valuations

• Business angel in start-up technology companies in the fields of deep- and green-tech
